A Bel\u00fcgyminiszt\u00e9rium egyik, a volt csend\u0151r\u00f6k \u00fcgyeinek vizsg\u00e1lat\u00e1ra l\u00e9trehozott aloszt\u00e1lya \u2013 n\u00e9h\u00e1ny veter\u00e1n kommunista f\u00f6ljelent\u00e9se nyom\u00e1n \u2013 1959-ben az egykori csend\u0151rt azzal gyan\u00fas\u00edtotta meg, hogy a tan\u00e1csk\u00f6zt\u00e1rsas\u00e1g buk\u00e1sa ut\u00e1n, 1920-ban Mak\u00f3n kommunist\u00e1k vallat\u00e1s\u00e1ban, k\u00ednz\u00e1s\u00e1ban vett r\u00e9szt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A nyomoz\u00e1s sor\u00e1n sz\u00e1mos tan\u00fat hallgattak ki, csakhogy t\u00f6bbs\u00e9g\u00fck \u2013 \u00e9letkor\u00e1n\u00e1l fogva \u2013 csup\u00e1n hallom\u00e1sb\u00f3l \u00e9rtes\u00fclt az akkori esem\u00e9nyekr\u0151l. V\u00e9g\u00fcl 1960-ban bizony\u00edt\u00e9kok hi\u00e1nya, valamint a gyan\u00fas\u00edtott magas \u00e9letkora (akkor m\u00e1r 82 \u00e9ves volt az egykori csend\u0151r) miatt nem jutott v\u00e1demel\u00e9sig az \u00fcgy.
